The challenge

brigosha, with its workforce spread across Bangalore and Coimbatore, faced a common challenge: a decreasing sense of belonging and camaraderie due to limited face-to-face interaction.

The outcome

iBelong sparked enthusiasm, forged strong bonds, and energized the workplace, with its success reflected in employee excitement and social media buzz (LinkedIn).

Our approach

To address this, we introduced "iBelong," an innovative employee engagement program.

 

The name "iBelong" perfectly captures the essence of the program – it emphasizes that every employee is an important part of the brigosha family, irrespective of their location or role.

 

The design concept is inspired by the five elements, Jal Water), Prithvi (Earth), Vayu (Air), Agni (Fire), and Akash (Sky), dividing employees into "houses" with unique identities. Just as these elements create a harmonious universe, each employee's unique talent drives brigosha's success.

The interconnected circles in the logo symbolize unity among the brigoshians.

To bring "iBelong" to life, we implemented a multi-faceted approach:

 

  • A vibrant brand identity for "iBelong" was developed, creating a visually engaging and memorable experience.

  • We devised engaging teasers that drew employees in.

  • Timely reminders kept the program at the forefront for all participants.

  • Captivating social media posts showcased program highlights and celebrated team achievements.

  • A detailed rulebook was created to guide participants through the program and ensure a fair and enjoyable experience.

  • Engaging videos captured the essence of "iBelong," highlighting the unique spirit of each house.
